WHERE CAN I ORDER SPARE PARTS FOR MY PRODUCT?

You can easily order spare parts for your Samsonite product, such as locks, hinges or wheel handles. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://www.supportandgo.com/.

  2. Have your product ID ready. You can find it on your warranty card or on a white label inside your product, usually in the pockets or lining.

  3. Use your product ID on the website to select and order the correct spare parts, which are delivered to your home.

  4. After ordering, check your order confirmation email. It includes a link to step-by-step instruction videos that show you how to replace the parts yourself.

WHICH TOOLS DO I NEED TO REPLACE A PART OF MY PRODUCT?

Most spare parts on your Samsonite product can be replaced using a Torx screwdriver. If you do not already have one, there’s no need to worry — every spare part we supply includes the required Torx tool and screws, so you have everything needed to complete the repair at home.

Our replacement parts are designed to make repairs as simple and straightforward as possible, helping you keep your Samsonite luggage in excellent condition for years to come.

HOW MUCH WOULD A SPARE PART COST?

For products that are no longer covered by warranty, spare part prices typically range from €11 to €59, depending on the type of part required. A standard shipping fee of €5 applies for deliveries within Europe.

Please note that we only supply spare parts that can be easily replaced at home. For more complex repairs, such as zipper replacement, we recommend taking your product to our authorised repair centre located in our Malta International Airport Outlet, where our technicians can assess and carry out the repair professionally.
